General Description

The TDB Series (Model FJ6G) Terminal Distribution Box is engineered for reliable power distribution from a single primary input source to multiple outgoing branch circuits.

It is perfectly optimized for direct integration with Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB), Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB), residential consumer units, and industrial automation control panel boards.

Design & Structural Features

• Terminal Configuration: Specifically configured for 1 primary incoming source and 9 outgoing branches.
• Functions: Receives 1 master incoming power source and splits it into 9 separate sub-branches to safely supply power to MCBs, Contactors, or other electrical loads.
• Conductive Components: Equipped with premium galvanized brass busbars that ensure superior electrical conductivity, high thermal resistance, high tensile strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.
• Wiring Arrangements:
  • Top Side: 1 large incoming connection point utilizing a secure bolt-on cable lug (cos terminal) arrangement.
  • Bottom Side: 9 screw-clamp outgoing ports designed for direct and secure wire clamping.
• Safety & Housing: Features a high-grade engineering plastic housing for optimal electrical insulation and self-extinguishing flame resistance. The transparent protective cover shields terminals from dust and accidental contact while allowing seamless visual inspection.
